Georgia Aquarium

We decided to take a family day whenever we got back home from visting Florida and Matt got back from Mexico.  The Georgia Aquarium was the perfect little getaway.  We had a great day together!!

Our first walk to the aquarium.  Of course, I forgot one of the tickets, so Matt had to go back to the car to get it....

...so, the girls and I decided to take pictures while we waited for him to return.

Presley enjoyed watching the fish, too!

Addison was a little scared of the alligator

Waiting on the dolphin show.  We all LOVED it!

Addison would never touch the stingrays, but enjoyed touching a starfish.

Presley entertained herself in the stroller by sucking on her blanket.

After the aquarium, we decided to take Addison to Olympic Park to play in the water.  There were tons of people and it was EXTREMELY hot, so we didn't stay long.

Addison didn't even make it back to the car before falling asleep.

A Lot to Talk About

It surely has been way too long.  Over a year ago we posted about Barnum and Bailey Circus.  Oh how the excitement has grown over this past year.
We welcomed Presley Ann Sawyer into the world on February 24, 2012.  She was 5lbs 12oz.
Our families were able to come and help out after she was born.  What a blessing that was!

We are blessed with two amazing little girls.  Presley has recently discovered that she is as loud as big sis.  She makes sure we know she is awake in the mornings when she sings and squeals.  What a beautiful alarm clock!

Big sis sure does keep her entertained.  Addison recently started attending gymnastics classes.  She will do around 100 cartwheels each day.  Probably more.
This is her in her leotard about to go in for her first performance with her class.  She did a great job!

Sometimes we go as a family to watch her practice.  Presley can only handle so much.

It has just been a crazy busy year.  Now that we are back in the routine of somewhat controlled chaos, we hope to bring more updates as we get the time.

It is truly a blessing to be able to serve together as a family where God has us planted.  Our desire is to be a light to those around us.  We are not perfect.  We serve a perfect God who desires to live in us and work through us.  Our prayer is that we are always willing to do whatever it takes to point others to God.

Blessings from the Sawyer family.

I (Matt) just returned from a mission trip to the Yucatan Peninsula.  Check out his recent blog update HERE.

Presley's 1st Swim

While we were in Florida, Presley got to experience the pool for the first time at Aunt Katie and Uncle Seamus' house.  I don't think she was quite sure of what she thought of it.

Florida Visit

On Wednesday, Matt took the girls and I to Florida to spend the week while he was in Mexico on a mission trip.  We spent the first week at the beach with all the family.  We had a great time playing at the beach, pool, Shell Island, and Frank Brown Park for Mason's birthday party.  Here are some pictures of our week together.

Presley's first ride on a boat.  She wasn't so sure of the lifejacket.

This was also Addison's first time on a boat.

We found the ice-cream boat:)
